It is a unique apartment because it is decorated with avant-garde style, it is spacious, very bright and has a garden with a barbecue in the heart of Palermo Hollywood.
It is ideal for long stays as it has a premium equipment with first-class appliances, dishes and kitchenware to enjoy meals with friends and/or family.
It is located in one of the most picturesque streets in the neighborhood such as Carranza, which also allows easy access to public transport (subways, train, buses and bicycles).
A great advantage in this area is to have a private garage in the same building. Also a small pool to cool down in summer time (Dec-Feb).
Location is unbeatable because is walking distance to restaurants such as "La Mar"; "Tigre Morado"; "La Pescadorita"; "Sudestada"; " Las Flores"; "Osaka" and also very close to Palermo Soho where you can find the famous grill "Don Julio" and "La Cabrera" as well as "Sipan Palermitano", "Nino Gordo" and "Gran Dabbang".
